Battle Bunker is a trading card game retailer. Our physical store is located at Tyger Valley Mall in Tyger, Cape Town, South Africa, and we also operate an online shop that ships across South Africa. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Battle Bunker. References to "you" and "your" mean the customer or user accessing our services.

By browsing our website, making a purchase, creating an account, or registering for an event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific products or events. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases on our website, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. For in-store sales and events, we welcome customers of all ages, but certain events or products may have age restrictions.

When you place an order online, you are making an offer to purchase the listed products. An order is only considered accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including (but not limited to) orders where:

• The product is out of stock
• The price or product description contained an obvious error
• Payment could not be verified
• The order appears to be fraudulent
• The delivery address is outside our service area

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full within 7 working days.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through Shopify Payments, Yoco, PayFast, debit card, credit card, and other methods shown at checkout. In-store we also accept cash and EFT.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical error or system issue, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.

Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Trading card game stock fluctuates rapidly, especially around new set releases. If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed an order, we will contact you to offer a substitute, a back-order, or a refund for that item.

Pre-orders are subject to the release date set by the publisher. Release dates may change, and we will communicate any delays as soon as we know.

We ship across South Africa using third-party courier partners including The Courier Guy, Aramex, PostNet, and others. Delivery times and fees depend on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. Typical delivery is 2–5 working days for main centres and 5–10 working days for outlying areas.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control. If your parcel is delayed or lost, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return goods that are defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described. If your order arrives in any of these conditions, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

For change-of-mind returns on non-faulty products, we offer a discretionary 14-day return window, subject to the product being in its original unopened condition. Sealed trading card products that have been opened cannot be returned. Individual singles cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping fees for change-of-mind returns are not refundable. See our Refund Policy for full detail.

All content on the Battle Bunker website — including logos, text, graphics, photos, and code — is the property of Battle Bunker or its licensors. The trading card games we sell (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, and others) are trademarks of their respective publishers, used with permission where required.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from our website for commercial purposes without written permission.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behaviour.

Battle Bunker runs sanctioned tournaments and casual play events for Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other games. Event entry fees are non-refundable once the event has started, unless the event is cancelled by us. By registering for an event, you agree to follow the rules of the relevant publisher and to conduct yourself respectfully towards other players, staff, and judges.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts an event or contravenes the publisher's code of conduct. Event entry data may be shared with the official publisher (Play! Pokémon, Wizards Play Network, Konami OTS) as required by the tournament organiser programme.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Battle Bunker, its employees, and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, our products, or our events. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable law that cannot be waived.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described there.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates take effect when we post them on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Check the "Last updated" date at the top of the page to see when we last made changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. Consumers retain their rights under the Consumer Protection Act, which cannot be excluded by contract.
